What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you fill in our contact form we need to know your name and email address, your phone number and company name are optional. We use this information to contact you directly and if you tick the newsletter box you will be added to our irregular newsletter list.

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to store your preferences such as, font size and effects.

Will Julian Danger share the information it collects to outside parties?

Julian Danger does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Returns

  • Julian danger will accept returns [on non-sale items only] that are the wrong size and will replace with correct size
  • Could customer email the name of garment and why they are returning it.
  • Juliandanger will send a Return Authorization number [RA#] valid for 10 days
  • Customer to write RA#, name and address on outside of return package
  • All returns must be unused and have Invoice / Receipt
  • Return goods via registered mail as Juliandanger is not liable for loss of good being returned.
  • Send within 10 days [NZ] 15 days [Intnl] along with Tracking number
  • Return freight at customer's cost
  • Faulty goods with manufacturing fault - Julian danger will replace and pay freight if goods are still in stock. If not in stock a shop credit will be issued.
